PropVault is built by Ilays Solutions. It started after watching property managers juggle WhatsApp groups, paper receipts and three different spreadsheets to run a single building. We thought there had to be a better way. There wasn't, so we built one.
Today PropVault runs buildings across Kenya and Somalia, billing in Kenyan Shillings and US Dollars, with the same promise everywhere: every unit, every tenant and every shilling or dollar accounted for.

The ledger is sacred
Every invoice, payment and receipt is recorded once, numbered, and never silently edited. If the books say it happened, it happened. That is why overpayments are blocked at the source and receipts print the moment a payment lands.
Onboarding is done with you, not to you
There is no self-service signup. Our team sits with yours, imports your buildings, tenants and opening balances, and hands each person a login scoped to their role. You start with clean data, not an empty screen.
Every role sees exactly what it needs
A caretaker is not an accountant, and a tenant is not a manager. Dashboards, menus and permissions are shaped per role, so nobody wades through noise and nobody touches what they should not.
