How long does setup take?
Most customers are live within 48 hours. We import your buildings, units, tenants and existing leases from CSV. No data entry on your end.
Does it work with M-Pesa?
Yes. Record payments from M-Pesa SMS confirmations, paybill numbers and till numbers. We support bank transfers, cash and card too.
What about owner occupiers, not renters?
PropVault treats owner occupiers as a separate resident type. They pay monthly maintenance and a security fee instead of rent.
Can tenants pay from their phone?
Yes. Every tenant gets a self service portal where they can see invoices, pay rent and log maintenance requests.
Is my data safe?
Data lives in secure, encrypted at rest environments with daily backups retained for 30 days. We never sell or share data.
